A daily update

✓ You stay in the room

✓ One calm 20,000 sqft single floor

✓ One continuous pathway

✓ A first little community

01 · What fills the morning

Three things in every morning.

Every programme keeps its own timetable, so the shape of the day flexes. What never changes is the mix: music and movement, fine motor work, and sensory play.

01
Move & Sing

Musical & movement

Songs, claps and simple instruments, with room to crawl, climb and dance.

A steady beat and big movements, the way little bodies love to learn.

02
Small Hands

Fine motor skills

Puzzles, threading, stacking and first marks with crayons and clay.

Real things in small hands, building the grip and focus that come before writing.

03
Touch & Explore

Sensory play

Paint, water, dough and textured materials to dip, squeeze and explore.

Safe, messy, hands-on discovery that helps the world start to make sense.

A week here

A different spark every morning.

The shape of the morning stays the same. What lights it up changes with the day.

02 · The day, up close

Small moments, the ones that matter.

Not a showreel. The ordinary texture of a morning here.

A first little community

Their very first friends.

A toddler with arms thrown up in delight.

Pure delight

The look you hope to see.

Room to be little

Quiet corners, when they're needed.

03 · What your child grows

Not a generic curriculum. Yours.

Being

We follow six developmental domains, one child at a time, through real materials: wood, water, clay, books, fabric and instruments. Music and movement runs through every morning, building fine-motor control and the senses. Not a worksheet in sight. You hear how it is going in a daily update.

04 · The programme

One growing-up journey.

Three gentle stages, one continuous pathway. Your child moves up only when they're ready, then stays inside the same community as they grow.

An hour fully in Mandarin, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Songs, a picture book and hands-on play, every part of it in Mandarin. No Mandarin needed at home, and these are the years a child's ear for tone is widest.

Tue & Thu morningsAll in Mandarin

Weekend Wonders

Unhurried weekend hours together, one class a week across a ten-week term, in small groups of ten. Children grow through bronze, silver and gold, and finish the term with a badge and a certificate.

05 · How you'll hear about the day

A daily update you can count on.

A daily update at pickup

A short note on the morning and a few photos: what they reached for, how the snack went, the small wins. We hand it to you in person.

Updates when you've dropped off

If you step out, just ask. We message you through the morning, so you are never left wondering. No app to check.

Colearning, not hand-off

Notes, milestones and next steps you can echo at home. You stay your child's first teacher; we just bring you the day.

06 · The quiet worries

What you're really afraid of.

Every parent leaving a little one for the first time carries these. Here are the honest answers, before you even ask.

“What if they cry all morning and I never know?”

If you're in the room, you see it for yourself. If you've dropped off, we message you, and we tell you the truth either way. Most tears pass within minutes of a familiar cuddle.

“Will my baby just be one of many?”

Two dedicated teachers attach to the group and learn your child's cues and comfort object. Groups stay small, with ratios you can check on your visit. Your child is known, not managed.

“Is it actually safe?”

One secure 20,000 sqft floor, with signed handovers. You meet the exact people who'll hold your child before you decide anything. Nothing about the day is hidden from you.

In the early years, settling is the whole job. We never rush a goodbye, and we never pretend a hard morning was an easy one.
My daughter started her journey at Agora with Play & Bloom sessions before joining the Preschool Transition programme. It has been remarkable, and so comforting as a parent, to see how she has bloomed from a nervous, unsettled little one into someone who happily runs into class and looks forward to school each week. That is the genuine care, warmth and support Agora's teachers and environment give in bringing out the best in my child.

08 · Before you ask

The questions on every parent's mind.

How do you handle the first few weeks of settling?

+

We go slowly, on your child's terms. You can stay and settle in together. When you're ready, settling is phased: short stays at first, lengthening as your child tells us they're ready. Two dedicated teachers anchor the room, so there's always a known face. We plan it with you on your visit, and we never rush a goodbye.

What are the ratios, and is my baby genuinely safe?

+

We keep groups small at every age, with ratios verified each term and shown to you in full on your visit. No vague promises. It's one secure 20,000 sqft floor at Fragrance Empire Building, with signed handovers. You'll meet the exact people who'll care for your child before you decide anything.

Feeding and diapering: how does that work for a little one?

+

We support eating and diapering on your child's routine, not a centre timetable. You tell us what works, and we hold to it. We don't run a nap programme. This is a Playschool morning, not full-day care.

How will I actually know how their day went?

+

A few ways. You get a daily update and photos at pickup, a real handover, and a teacher on the phone instead of a queue. If you've dropped off, we message you through the morning. You never collect your child wondering what happened in between.

Half-day or full-day, and can we change later?

+

Both, and yes. Many families start with half-days while their child settles, then extend as work and confidence grow. You can move between stages and timings as your child changes, and they stay in the same community as they grow.
