General

Does Agora organise parties?

Yes! Agora organises birthday parties as well as other events. Agora has a list of birthday packages that the parents can choose from and also have other add ons to the packages. More information available on our website under “host an event”.


Can I rent the space for 2 hours?

The minimum number of hours for rental is 3 hours.


What if I exceed my timing? Can I extend?

Yes, providing that there are no conflicting events or activities, we can help accommodate, subject to additional charges.


Will there be cleaners appointed from Agora?

We manage all the cleaning and it is included in the pricing (in case of late events, there may be a surcharge).


Is it pet friendly?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.


What is the latest we can host our event until?

Our venue can remain open for your event until 10pm (subject to evening surcharges after 8PM).


What is the minimum number of pax for the package?

10 pax


What if there are lesser number of kids attending?

Our birthday package pricing is based on a minimum of 10 children. We can still organise activities for fewer children at the same package price.


When can I confirm the number of pax?

You can confirm the number of guests a week before the party so that we can prepare materials and activities ahead of time.


Will there be party hosts? If so, how many and are there charges?

Yes, the party host will be appointed depending on the size of the party members. This is included as part of your birthday package.


Spaces

Do you provide exclusive access to the spaces for the party guests alone?

The space rented out to the party is solely for your guests only.


Can my guests access the outdoor lawn if I don’t book it?

If the outdoor lawn is not booked for other events or activities, you are welcome to visit the area for a breath of fresh air or to take a few pictures. Please note, we will not be able to accommodate activities or have food and drink consumed outdoors, in which case charges will be levied.


What if I book the outdoor lawn and it rains?

We usually recommend booking the play space alongside the outdoor space. In the case of rain, your guests will be asked to move inside and we will allocate additional areas such as the Activity Studios to you (subject to availability). Unfortunately, no refunds are possible due to weather.


Are parents allowed in the party space?

You can either drop off the kids or otherwise one parent per child is welcome to join the party.


Food & Drink

Can I serve alcohol during the party?

As we are an educational hub, alcohol is permitted after 6 pm for an additional charge.


Do you allow external catering?

We recommend working with one of our catering partners although you are welcome to arrange your own. Please contact our event manager for more information.


Are we allowed to bring in our own food?

Activities & Add-Ons

What add-ons can you provide?

We provide add-ons like magic shows, bouncy castles, mascots and many more! For more details, please visit our website or contact our events manager.


Can I bring my own entertainment services?

We have a comprehensive range of services that we can offer. If there is something specific that you are looking for, do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.


Are there goodie bags provided for the kids at the party?

We can provide goodie bags at an additional charge.


Can I get an additional entertainment on top of the party package?

Yes! We have a range of additional activities and entertainment that you can choose from.


Will there be goodie bags provided for the kids at the party?

Yes, we provide every child with goodie bags for our birthday packages.
