Course Overview
Join us for a fun-filled, hands-on 2-day holiday camp where teens step into the role of interior designers! In this engaging workshop, participants will design their very own café, learning how to plan layouts, select furniture, experiment with colours and textures, and bring their vision to life in 3D. It’s a creative experience where imagination meets design.
Course Content
Students will begin by exploring the fundamentals of Design Thinking, using empathy and creativity to conceptualise their dream café. They will learn how to sketch and plan floor layouts, experiment with furniture types, materials, and colour palettes, and discover how these choices create atmosphere and function.
The camp then transitions into model-making, where participants will transform everyday materials into miniature furniture and interior details. From personalising walls with unique themes to building stylish 3D prototypes, each student will develop a café space that reflects their individuality.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the camp, participants will:
- Understand the basics of café layout and interior design
- Apply Design Thinking to solve creative design challenges

Required Materials:
Water bottles and a light jacket. All materials will be provided, children will only have to bring their water bottles.
