Course Overview
Unveiling the Wonders of AI introduces children to the exciting world of generative AI in a fun and engaging way. The camp aims to demystify AI concepts, provide hands-on experience with AI tools, and foster curiosity, creativity, and a positive attitude towards this evolving technology.
This camp is suitable if your child:
- Is curious about Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Is interested in learning basic computer science concepts
- Enjoys fun, hands-on activities to explore new ideas
Course Content
Day 1: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence — fun games and activities to demystify AI, exploring text and image generation, and trying out basic generative AI tools.
Day 2: Prompt engineering and multi-modal AI — creating new sports, movie plots, Lego sets, and reverse-engineering generated outcomes.
Day 3: Advanced image generation — segmenting, upscaling, modifying images, creating patterns and illusions, and maintaining character consistency in stories.
Day 4: Audiovisual creations — generating animations, voices, music, and AI avatars, plus creating a YouTube Short in under five minutes.
Day 5: Glitches, ethics, and the future of AI — exploring the fun side of AI through glitches and jokes, discussing what’s ahead for AI, and preparing a time capsule of creations to showcase to parents.
Learning Outcome
The camp focuses on giving kids a comprehensive picture of generative AI while playfully demystifying AI concepts, nurturing curiosity, and providing hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
By the end of the camp, children will:
- Understand the fundamentals of AI and generative AI
- Gain confidence in experimenting with AI tools across text, images, video, and sound
- Develop creativity by generating and re-imagining ideas using AI
- Learn to think critically about AI ethics, reliability, and the future of the technology
Teaching Methods
The camp combines:
- Short lessons to introduce key AI concepts
- Interactive games and activities to make abstract ideas tangible
- Hands-on projects using generative AI tools (text, images, video, audio)
- Daily themes building towards a final showcase for parents
- A playful and collaborative environment to encourage exploration and sharing

No assessments will be conducted.

- Water bottle
- Light jacket
- Laptop (participant must bring their own)
Important Notes
Participants are required to bring their own laptop to attend the lesson.
