Course Overview:
High energy and big fun for our littlest groovers! This playful class introduces basic hip hop movements, musicality, and rhythm in a way that’s age-appropriate and full of personality. No prior experience needed—just a love for moving to the beat!
Course Content:
Children learn beginner hip hop movements such as isolations, bouncing, clapping rhythms, and freestyle basics. Classes include warm-up games, travelling steps, and short choreography set to child-friendly music. Activities incorporate storytelling, movement games, and creative challenges to boost body awareness and rhythm. The focus is on fun and expression while laying a solid foundation for future dance training. Children will also practice taking turns, following movement sequences, and expressing themselves in a group setting.

- Improve listening and body control in a dance setting
- Gain confidence expressing movement to music

Teaching Methods:
Lessons use music, games, and repetition to create a lively and supportive space. The approach is student-led in parts, allowing children to explore freestyle while learning structured steps in a safe, encouraging way.
Prerequisites:
No prior experience needed — just a love for movement, music, and having fun!
Assessment Methods:
It is a fun-based learning technique class, all while receiving friendly, encouraging feedback from their teachers to help them grow and sparkle!
We always encourage the children to get the exciting chance to shine in our year-end performance. When the children are ready, the instructors will invite them to join the performing class!
Important Notes:
- This is a drop-off class where kids get to enjoy their dance time independently, while parents can relax knowing they’re in a safe and happy environment!
