Course Overview:
P3 Smart Science is built on the M.O.E syllabus, designed to provide students with a strong foundation in important Science concepts and key process skills. We aim to nurture students to have a lifelong passion for Science while building up their circle of knowledge and critical thinking skills.
Course Content:
Each lesson is targeted to improve students’ mastery of exam techniques/skills to answer experiment-based, application and free-response-type questions.
Learning Outcomes:
This programme will provide your child with an enriching learning experience as they are introduced to new Science concepts through interesting experiments and exposure to real-life applications. Experiments are specially chosen and incorporated with the purpose of facilitating better understanding and deeper retention of core concepts taught. Coupled with engaging activities and games, we also provide comprehensive worksheets to ensure that the lessons taught are ingrained and properly retained.
Teaching Methods:
Lessons are conducted based on the 'Hands On, Minds On' approach taught by our team of experienced teachers. Students will have meaningful and interactive lessons to get to know things around them and understand real-world phenomena.
The "Hands-On, Minds-On" teaching approach creates a dynamic and enriching learning environment. It empowers students to become active learners, fostering curiosity and a genuine passion for exploring subjects deeply. Integrating tactile experiences with cognitive challenges can facilitate a well-rounded and impactful educational journey.
Students will grasp complex theories and concepts, in a simple and practical manner. They will learn how to organize and apply the knowledge they have acquired and relate theory and practice through lots of experiential experience.
