The Alpha Mind, previously known as Monsters Under the Bed, has been designing unique and creative programmes since 2006. The company has won multiple awards from developing education board games, and for its role in developing Singapore's young literary scene. Monsters Under the Bed later evolved to be The Alpha Mind, where its primary business was in education consultancy and content development. In 2022, The Alpha Mind in collaboration with Owl Readers Club and Merlion Game Studios, developed a whole brain approach to helping children develop life skills - core curriculum that is not taught in schools.
