Description
Overview: High-Ranker is a progressive programme from Ranker. Its key objective is to help children develop richer knowledge and better application of STEM principles, improve on robotics coding, and gain further computational thinking skills. Artificial intelligence, such as machine learning, is one of the highlights of this programme.
Course Objectives:
Bricks Challenge+ reinforces the basic principles of STEM and students will be challenged to build complex models with a mindset of an engineer.
Bricks Challenge+ Scratch integrates computer science and engineering. Students will use a block-based visual programming language to code the models that they have built.
Algoplay+ is a continuation of AlgoPlay Junior+ and it introduces students to more advanced coding concepts. Students will learn to implement more function blocks and sensors to their models to perform different tasks and find the most efficient method to code through careful analysis.
Scratch 3.0 introduces students to block-based visual programming language and a wide range of fucntions and features of programming blocks. Students will also learn to create and modify games via interactive platform.
Through Machine Learning, students will learn to train machine learning systems and build games with them. This goes hand in hand with the other modules offered in this programme.
