Course Overview

Speech & Drama Goldilocks and the Three Bears 🎭

This lively holiday programme is specially designed for young learners (N2–K2) to build confidence, enhance communication skills, and express creativity through storytelling, roleplay, and performance. Students will explore a classic story while developing essential skills in speech, expression, and collaboration.

Course Content

Day 1:

• Dive into the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears
• Understand story sequence through storyboarding activities
• Explore emotions using tone, facial expressions, and gestures, applying them to the story
• Practice breath control and voice projection
• Begin rehearsals for performance

Day 2:

• Warm-up activities to energize and focus students
• Rehearse the story using learned techniques
• Showcase performance to parents, applying all skills learned

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the programme, students will be able to:

• Express themselves confidently through speech and drama
• Collaborate effectively with peers in group activities
• Apply storytelling, voice modulation, and expressive gestures in performance
• Perform confidently in front of an audience
