Course Overview:

More Than Kicks—Real Skills for Real Life.

This School Holiday Taekwondo Bootcamp gives children aged 5+ a safe, structured, and fun way to learn practical self-defence. Using Taekwondo-based techniques adapted for young learners, students are taught how to protect themselves, improve awareness, and respond confidently to everyday situations. Sessions are engaging, energetic, and designed to build physical skills, mental focus, and self-confidence—all in a positive, supportive environment.

Course Content:

Module 1: Safety Awareness & Ready Position

Module 2: Reactive Hand Techniques (Upper Body Defense)

Module 3: Reactive Leg Techniques (Lower Body Defense)

Module 4: Dodge, Move & React

Module 5: Scenario-Based Practice (Kid-Friendly)

Module 6: Confidence, Discipline & Fun Integration

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the bootcamp, participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate age-appropriate reactive hand and leg techniques to protect themselves safely
• Apply simple dodge-and-react movements to avoid contact and create distance
• Maintain balance, awareness, and control during unexpected situations
• Respond calmly and confidently while understanding that avoidance and safety come first

This program builds practical self-defence skills, coordination, and confidence in a fun, structured, and supportive environment suitable for children aged 5 and above.
