Course Overview:
차렷 Char-Yeot! Attention! Join our Taekwondo Kinder programme as it teaches your children the ways of enhancing their spirits and lives through the training of the body and mind. The sport distinguishes itself from other martial art form with its emphasis on kicking techniques and is popular with people of both genders and of any age group.
Course Content:
Class Flow:
1. Well-being Check
In this segment, we hope to understand our students' well-being better, as well as for them to make an introduction to new friends in their class.
2. Energy Booster
Warm-up and stretching are key to any physical activity. In this segment, we focus on stretching moves for optimal flexibility and efficiency required to master the art of taekwondo kicks and punches.
Agility, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Reaction and Mental Strength sum up the basics of a good training recipe for a taekwondo athlete.
3. Technical Training
This segment focuses on the tips and tricks on HOW to execute and WHAT is an effective taekwondo move.
4. Belt-Syllabus practice
Practice makes Perfect. Under our steady pair of hands, we believe in all our students and work with them to prepare for their belt-level exams. Poomsae practice trains students to be focused and patient. We want to bring out the best in every student.
5. Cool Down with Games!
The cool down is just as important after training as this can help to reduce muscle soreness and speed up the recovery process.

More than anything, going to martial arts class will help you leave with an increased mental focus and a greater appreciation for the world around you through a fun, safe, and challenging workout in an encouraging environment with like-minded people.
Teaching Methods:
Our programmes are designed through gamification – a process of adding games or gamelike elements to do something (such as a task) that encourages children's natural interests to learn and to participate in activities rather than formal teaching methods. A game-changer experience to expose children to learning something new.

January, April, July, October - exact dates to be confirmed
- Grading fees apply separately
- Grading to be held physically at Annyeong Club
Required Materials:
- Water bottle
- Taekwondo Uniform "dobok"
- White Round Collar T-shirt (For girls)
Important Notes:
- This is a belt-graded syllabus programme.
- Makeup lessons: Pop by our club at East Coast over the weekend for make-up classes, make-up credits valid upon term renewal
- Uniform Kit: Child will need to purchase a set of Dobok (Taekwondo uniform) when they enrol into the regular class. 1 set uniform kit cost: $150.
