The Hero Within - London Edition

Children begin developing an internal framework to deal with the world around them from the ages four to ten years old. While school generally prepares them academically, children are expected to develop their social and emotional skills through interaction with other children. Unfortunately, not many children are given the exposure to explore and learn from their mistakes in the real world. The Hero Within programme is designed to help children discover themselves within the safety of a gamified sandbox environment. Through the use of games, children develop social interaction, problem solving, conflict resolution, and communicative skills. All the traits required to be a successful individual in the game of life no matter which ages they are at. The Hero Within programme was developed by Eugene Tay in 2016 and deployed successfully in selected after school care centres.
