Course Overview:
Vivo Roos classes are suitable for all babies and toddlers between the ages of 10 to 24 months old. Toddler sensory classes are designed to engage young children in stimulating sensory experiences that promote their overall development. These classes aim to provide a safe and stimulating environment that promotes sensory exploration, growth, and learning through play and discovery. Come along for a fun-filled class of dancing, movement with scarves, shakers, balls and hoops, parachute play, bubbles, sensory exploration time and more!
Course Content:
Sessions include music, dance, movement, mark-making, literacy and messy sensorial play inspired by the best children’s literature. This gives your child opportunities to work towards their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive developmental milestones in a safe and nurturing environment.
Caregivers will learn important developmental information while your little ones enjoy fun, meaningful, age-appropriate activities that give them the best possible beginning in life.
Learning Outcomes:
Sensory Exploration: Encourage children to explore and engage with a variety of sensory materials, such as sand, water, playdough, textured objects, and different tactile materials. The objective is to enhance their sensory awareness and encourage curiosity and experimentation.
Cognitive Development: Promote cognitive development by introducing cause-and-effect relationships, problem-solving opportunities, and basic concepts such as sorting, matching, and sequencing.
Social and Emotional Development: Provide opportunities for children to interact with peers and engage in cooperative play. Encourage sharing, turn-taking, and collaborative activities that foster social skills and emotional regulation.
Gross Motor Skills: Incorporate activities that promote gross motor development, such as crawling, rolling, jumping, and balancing. Provide ample space for children to move freely and explore their physical abilities.
Teaching Methods:
Our classes give your child a new opportunity to work towards their physical and cognitive developmental milestones in a safe and nurturing environment.
We sing songs and provide different props for the children to interact with not just because it is fun (although it really is!) but also to encourage them to practise all sorts of skills which are the foundation for future learning. We make sure our instructors provide constant positive reinforcement and encourage your children to engage in explorative fun. A fun-filled 45 minutes for both parent and child!

Trial Lessons
Paid trial lesson ($20) is available once for first-timers.
Important Notes:
- We get busy and messy in class so please wear clothes that are easy to move in and are suitable for water/sensory play! We recommend bringing a change of clothes too.
- A familiar adult can tag along be it Mum, Dad, Grandparents or your domestic helper. Each class can accommodate 1 adult. Please check with the instructors at the door if you have more than one person accompanying if they have space for you.
- No lesson on Public Holiday

The Vivo Kids team is formed by coaches with a passion and love for educating children. Our committed team of coaches are required to go through a VivoKids training programme to ensure a high standard of coaching. Hand-picked and selected for their abilities to work with young children, our coaches possess extensive knowledge and experience in managing them.
Vivo Kids coaches are athletes with multi-sports backgrounds and are well-equipped to plan and deliver developmentally appropriate sessions for young children.
Vivo Kids sessions and camps are high in energy, with plenty of high-fives, in a positive learning environment. We maintain a coach-to-student ratio of 1:6. This gives each child sufficient attention, meaningful engagement, and enhanced learning outcomes.
