Course Overview
Calling all young creators! Get ready to embark on an exciting adventure into the world of 3D modeling and printing. In this workshop, you'll learn how to create your own 3D pen creations using cutting-edge technology.
Through fun and interactive STEAM hands-on activities, explorers will learn the basics of 3D Modelling through TinkerCAD and design their own 2D keychain with a 3D pen.
Course Content
In this workshop, our explorers will delve into the world of 3D design and printing.
They will complete the following projects during this 2 hours workshop:
- Discover 3D Printing Magic: Learn how it works in creating real-world objects from digital designs.
- Explore TinkerCAD: Understand the basics of 3D modelling through TinkerCAD
- Create a Keychain: Use a 3D pen to design a 2D keychain.
Learning Outcomes
In this workshop, our explorers will:
A. Gain knowledge of 3D printing technology and its applications.
B. Develop skills in 3D modelling and design using a 3D pen.
C. Enhance creative thinking while designing and building their inventions.
Teaching Method
Experiential Learning: Students will be acquiring knowledge through firsthand experiences and engaging in practical, hands-on activities.

Important notes
There will be a 15-minute short break during the workshop for children to take a rest
