InStic Make Up (For internal Record)

Purpose of This Course

This course is used to check in students for both on-platform and off-platform sessions, specifically for make-up arrangements that are not part of their regular class schedule.

Check-in Rules

• Make-up outside regular class
• Check in the student under this course if the make-up session is not part of a regular class.
• Always input remarks stating:
• Subject
• Level
• Make-up within regular class
• If the student is attending a regular lesson of their own level and subject, → Check in directly to that regular course, not this one.

Key Notes

Remarks are mandatory for tracking and reporting purposes. This ensures accurate attendance records and avoids mis-tagging students to the wrong programme.
