Description
Math Mavens classes are driven towards rigorous learning, where the already keen and confident students are engaged in higher-order thinking applications. The classes also encourage greater student involvement in classroom learning to allow growth in students’ ability in their independent work.
Apart from work pertaining to the local Primary 3 school syllabus, students are also exposed to activities and exercises that promote:
- Analytical, critical and logical thinking
- Application of heuristics and problem-solving skills
- Better understanding of mathematical concepts
- Greater appreciation for mathematics and its functionality in the real world
* Please note that any sessions falling on a public holiday will be subject to replacement with an online replacement session, to be scheduled separately
