Parent Talk: Getting Ready for PSLE Maths and Science

A calm, clear plan for the year before PSLE.

Overview

P6 is a big year. Maths problem sums get longer and need more steps. Science asks your child to explain an answer, not just recall a fact. Samantha Low, Director of INstic Academy, shares how to prepare well before the PSLE year starts. She covers the habits that help most and how you can support your child at home without adding stress.

Who it's for

Parents of children in P2 to P5 in 2026. It is especially useful if your child starts the PSLE year in 2027.
