Taekwondo (Toddlers)

차렷 Char-Yeot! Attention, little warriors! Join our Taekwondo Little Tots programme, a gentle introduction to the spirit of taekwondo through movement, play, and structure — designed specifically for 2 to 3 year olds attending without a parent in the room.

Course Overview

Segment 1 - Settling In & Well-Being Check Every class begins with a warm welcome and a quick check-in with each child. For little ones new to drop-off classes, our instructors use this time to help them settle, feel safe, and get comfortable being away from a parent for the first time.

Segment 2 - Warm-Up & Stretch Simple, playful stretching and movement games to build body awareness — the foundation for every taekwondo kick and stance to come.

Segment 3 - Little Tots Taekwondo Basics Simplified kicks, punches, and stances adapted for toddler coordination and attention span, taught through games rather than drills. Less about technique perfection, more about movement, listening, and having fun trying.

Segment 4 - Group Time & Goodbyes A calm close to class with group play, reinforcing turn-taking and cooperation, before children are handed back to parents.

1. Confidence - a taekwondo "uniform," a "teacher," and a room full of other little warriors builds early confidence in a structured setting.
2. Coordination & Body Awareness - repetitive, playful movement builds the gross motor foundations for kicks, balance, and spatial awareness.
