Intentional Parenting is an experiential compass-building session created for Agora families, led by a coach and a family life educator, grounded in emotional regulation rather than theory.

What happens in the room

15 min — Opening

Welcome & framing. Meet facilitators Harjit and Praveen, and take a moment to reflect on your own parenting journey so far.

30 min — Engagement: The Designed Response

Notice the everyday moments that trigger you, then consciously design the response you want to give instead. You leave with it written down.

15 min — Closing

Reflection & next step. Share feedback, and register your interest in the full Intentional Parenting programme if it resonates.
