Course Overview:
Join the Little Pastry Chef program, where young culinary enthusiasts learn the art of baking. Our program aims to build children's confidence and creativity while teaching fundamental baking techniques. Participants will learn the basics of pastry making, including mixing, measuring, and decorating, to enhance their concentration, coordination, and motor skills.
Basic Techniques:
• Introduction to basic baking tools and ingredients
• Proper measuring and mixing methods
Pastry Creations:
• Cookies
• Cupcakes
• Muffins
• Tiramisu
Decorating Techniques:
• Frosting and icing basics
• Creative decorating with sprinkles, fondants, and more
Special Workshops:
• Seasonal treats (e.g., holiday cookies)
• Healthy baking alternatives
Learning Outcomes:
• Effective execution of baking techniques

Prerequisites:
No prerequisites are required.
Assessment Methods:
Little Pastry Chef participants will showcase their creations in a mini bake-off twice a year. Evaluation is based on creativity, technique, and presentation.
