Course Overview

The PSLE Chinese Intensive Programme is a structured 5-day workshop designed to strengthen students' exam readiness through focused and systematic training. Using 17 years of PSLE past papers (2009-2025), students will build familiarity with exam formats and develop the skills needed to handle different question types with confidence. With targeted practice, personalised feedback, and mock examinations, this programme provides clear strategies to improve accuracy, strengthen writing, and perform effectively in the PSLE Chinese examination.

Course Content

This programme covers the five core PSLE Chinese components:

Vocabulary & Character Mastery

Focus on high-frequency words and common error correction to strengthen language accuracy.

Reading Comprehension

Analysis of past paper questions with answering techniques to help students locate key information and structure responses effectively.

Listening Comprehension

Practice with common exam scenarios to improve identification of key details and overall understanding.

Oral Communication

Reading aloud and video-based conversation practice to develop clear expression and structured responses.

Composition Writing (Key Focus)

Comprehensive training across four major formats:

• Picture Composition
• Topic-based Composition
• Situational Writing
• Continuous Writing

Students will learn writing frameworks and analyse model essays to strengthen content, structure, and expression.
