Forensic Camp

Course Overview: 

In this programme, children explore forensic science through hands-on activities and simulations. From decoding clues to analyzing evidence, they sharpen their critical thinking skills while unravelling mysteries.

• Shoe Prints & Chromatography
• Composite Drawing & Facial Reconstruction
• Toxicology & Handwriting
• Crime Scene Investigation & Graduation

Learning Outcomes: 

• Introduction to Forensic Techniques

Gain basic knowledge of forensic science principles, fingerprinting, and crime scene protocols.

• Practical Skills Development:

Learn to analyze fingerprints, and shoe prints, and use chromatography for substance identification.

• Advanced Forensic Applications:

Understand composite drawing, facial reconstruction, toxicology, and handwriting analysis.

• Hands-on Crime Scene Investigation:

Apply forensic skills in a simulated crime scene, enhancing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• This is a revised version of the holiday camp "STEM Sleuths". If you joined "STEM Sleuths" before, you may want to give it a miss.
